1. How do I reserve the service?
You must reserve the service through our website. Go to the reservation page, then complete and submit the PayPal Button. OrangeBox will contact you within 24 hrs. to confirm your reservation.

2. When should I book the service?
You can book anytime prior to April 1st.

3. When do you pick up and deliver?
OrangeBox will facilitate pick-up and delivery from 9AM to 3PM during scheduled dates, or in accordance with your school’s policies. Please allow a 3 hour delivery window when your storage is returned after the summer break.

4. Are the boxes stored in a climate controlled area?
Yes, conveniently located near the campus

5. What if I arrive on campus earlier than the main delivery date?
If you know your early arrival date, prior to moving out, simply put it on your box. Any early arrival date after May move-out weekend will be subject to a $75.00, non-refundable service fee.


1. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Although we use PayPal as our merchant account, you can use any major credit card. PayPal gives you superior safety and reliability in your transaction.

2. When is payment due?
Payment in full is due when you sign up. Although we have extra custom boxes at each school, we can not guarantee service unless you have a prepaid reservation. All prepaid reservations will receive our service. A limited supply of standby service will be available but not guaranteed. Signing up now reserves your storage now.

3. What about refunds?
OrangeBox will offer a full refund within 72 hours of payment for service. After 72 hours, OrangeBox will charge $50.00 fee per order if service is canceled. Fees are charged due to our manufacturing and labor costs for the storage boxes. If a reservation is canceled within 21 days of original box drop off date, OrangeBox will charge the customer, $150.00 for the service.


1. What is the length of service?
OrangeBox has a flat rate of $359.00, $439.00 0r $499.00 for storage. Additional Boxes are $75.00. There are add-on products we offer and those are listed on sign up page. Our commitment is to provide service from pick up date thru the start of the Fall semester. Storage beyond the start of the Fall semester will incur additional charges. OrangeBox does not offer month-to-month service, but we will pick-up and deliver your stored goods at your request within the service period.

2. Will I be able to access my storage during dates?
Yes, but you will incur a $75 handling fee

3. What if I do no return to school and need my storage sent to me?
OrangeBox will arrange for your shipper to pick up your boxes at our storage facility in Tampa. There is a $75 fee for us to pull your boxes out of storage and arrange the “hand off”. Customer must pay all shipping charges required for transaction.

4. Can I use any type of box or container?
Due to insurance requirements, OrangeBox will only provide storage to customers who pack in our storage-boxes. Our storage boxes have added structural strength and support bases. (They’re like Bionic Men: Bigger & Stronger, but not Fast).

5. I only have the need for 1 storage box.
Unfortunately, we do not offer 1 storage box. We only pick up and deliver to one room and orders must be under one name.

6. Special Dates
Any one (1) deviation from the dates will provide will add an extra service fee of $75.00 to your total. We are able to keep our fees low by servicing the entire campus on the days listed, any other days involved extra costs to the service.

7. INSURANCE. The Customer recognizes that only loss or damage caused by the negligence of OrangeBox Florida (OBF) will be covered by the OBF insurance policy, as described in these Terms and Conditions. Only physical damage to the exterior of the box/item will activate any insurance claim on the item. In addition, damages that result from improper packing are not the responsibility OBF. OBF automatically protects each OBF storage and shipping package against loss or damage up to a value of $100. Unless the customer purchases additional insurance, the customer agrees that the released value of each package is no greater than $100 and that OBF liability is limited to $100. OBF strongly recommends the purchase of additional insurance. Additional insurance must be arranged by the customer with an insurance company of their choice.
